Very simple switch, about one hour. Tools needed; 5/16 socket, tiny punch or scratch awl, light weight mallet, plastic putty knife, sealant. There is a small bead of black factory sealant at the top edge of the grille where it meets the hood. I used a plastic putty knife to run along the edge to loosen the grille at this point and gently pry it loose. Lay grille assembly upside down on soft surface and pop out old plastic rivets, remove stock inserts and re-attach replacements with the new rivets provided. Clean old sealant from top edge and run small bead of silicone then fasten grille to hood. Looks sharp on my black 03 slt reg. cab.!
