Hitch installs easily from underneath via 4 included bolts, washers and nuts without the need to jack up the car, or put in on a lift. Access to the nuts is a little tight, so it's best to have a second person hold the nuts with a box wrench while the other person tightens it all via the bolt heads. The use of a proper torque wrench is essential for safety as well as getting enough leverage to properly tighten. (For those of us without a torque wrench, AutoZone will let you use one for free if you leave a deposit.) You will need a 19mm socket for the bolt head and a 18mm box wrench for the nuts. You need either the Dodge (or someone else's) right angle hitch adapter to be able to fit a conventional hitch ball mount in the unit. So far I am impressed with all the MoPar after market products I have purchesed for my Caliber.
